What you need
A theme that supports app blocks, for the section blocks. You register on the official complaints portal yourself.
Getting started
- Confirm your complaints book registration
Check your obligations and registration on the official portal. This app adds a link; it does not register your business. - Add the complaints book badge
Enable the embed for a footer bar or floating corner, or add the app block. Choose one placement to avoid duplicate badges, then save. - Choose your ADR centre (alternative dispute resolution)
Add the ADR block and choose an entity, or enter a custom name and HTTPS website. Confirm its geographical and sector coverage. Add another ADR block for each additional applicable entity, including custom entities. - Add your company details
Fill in the company name, NIF/VAT number, address and registry in the block settings. These values stay in your theme. - Review and publish your theme
Check links, all enabled languages, keyboard access and mobile layout. Save in the theme editor and publish when ready. Repeat setup when changing themes.

This app displays information you configure. It is not legal advice or a compliance certificate. Confirm your obligations, entity jurisdiction and wording with official sources or a qualified adviser.
Company details stay in your theme. This app stores manual checklist progress, guide visibility and preview preferences per shop, alongside installation sessions and privacy request records. Shop redaction deletes remaining app records.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app register my business?
No. Complete any required registration on the official complaints portal. The app displays a link.
Can I use a different dispute resolution entity?
Yes. Select a listed entity or enter a custom name and full HTTPS website in the theme editor.
Does setup change my published theme immediately?
Opening the editor does not save changes. Review the blocks, save the theme and publish when ready.
Which languages are available?
English, Portuguese (Portugal), Spanish, French, German and Italian. Merchant-entered details need your own theme translations.
What data does the app store?
The app stores installation sessions, which may include staff account details and authentication credentials, the store domain, the setup checklist kept per shop (progress, guide visibility and preview preference) and privacy request audit records. It does not access customer or order records. Company and ADR details remain in theme settings. Uninstalling removes sessions. When store data is erased, the remaining app records are removed.
