What it does

  • Tracking page inside your store theme
  • Localized delivery emails
  • Shipment exceptions and delayed-update dashboard
  • Connect your own tracking and email provider accounts
  • Customer data export and erasure controls

Give customers a tracking page within your store. Follow shipment events, review delivery issues and send localized transactional emails. Connect your own tracking and email accounts on eligible plans. Choose live updates for a selected carrier or all supported carriers, depending on your plan.

How it works

{{BRAND}} Track brings shipment progress into your store. Customers can search with an order number and email, or a tracking number, and see a timeline and carrier link. Search shipments, review delivery issues and choose which status changes trigger emails. Choose a live carrier in Settings on One Carrier. Other carriers use clearly labelled native fulfillment statuses. All Carriers adds delivery-time averages by carrier and country, editable email templates and hourly refresh. Live data depends on your configured provider and its carrier coverage; a carrier appearing in the registry does not guarantee provider support. Bring your own tracking and email accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages are supported?

English, European Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, for administration and customer tracking.

Do I need a tracking provider account?

Native fulfillment events work without an aggregator. Live updates require your own supported provider account and credentials. The provider must cover the selected carrier. Delivery emails require your own email account.

Can I change the customer page?

Use the theme block colors and title, and set translated page titles in the app.

What happens at the monthly limit?

Free pauses new shipment imports at its monthly allowance; existing shipments keep updating. Deferred imports resume when capacity resets or you upgrade. Paid plans show a fair-use banner without stopping imports or updates.

How is customer data handled?

Use the customer data export and erasure controls to handle data requests. The app keeps shipment information needed for tracking and obtains contact details when sending delivery messages. See the privacy policy for retention and handling details.
