What it does
- Link to the Electronic Complaints Book (livroreclamacoes.pt) with an original badge or an image from your media library
- Optional footer bar, block, classic widget and shortcode
- Consumer arbitration (RAL): pick a Portuguese centre from the bundled list (CACCL, CICAP, CIAB, CIMAAL, CNIACC, TRIAVE, Madeira) or enter your own
- RAL text in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Company details: name, VAT number, address, commercial registry and email — empty fields are omitted
- Works with or without WooCommerce; does not change orders or checkout
- Interface translated into Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian
- No external calls, tracking, analytics, cookies or remote fonts
