What it does

Batch printing from the Orders list and from each order page.
Pick lists grouped by SKU or bin location across many orders.
Return forms with reason codes and a cut-out address label.
Six document languages, chosen per order or for the whole batch.
Business details, logo, notes and order barcode on every page.

Print packing slips, pick lists and return forms for one order or a whole selection from the Orders page. Each document can follow the customer's language: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian. Add your business name, address, VAT number and contact details, choose the visible fields, and add a logo, notes and an order number barcode. Every document states clearly that it is not an invoice.

How it works

Documents open as print-ready pages in A4 or US Letter, one order per page, so you can print them or save them as PDF from your browser. Orders with many items continue on the next page with the table header repeated.

Customer names and addresses are read from your store only while a document is generated and are not stored by the app. Packing slips, pick lists and return forms are not invoices and have no tax value.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print many orders at once?

Yes. Select orders in the Orders list and choose the print action, or select them inside the app.

Which language is used on each document?

By default, the customer's language when it is one of the six supported; otherwise the fallback language you choose. You can also pick one language for the whole batch.

Does reprinting an order count again?

No. Each order counts once per calendar month.
