When will the apps be available?

They are in final testing and review before submission to the Shopify App Store. Shopify reviews every app before it is published, so we cannot give an exact date. Email us to be notified.

Which platforms do you support?

Shopify apps (coming soon to the Shopify App Store), WordPress/WooCommerce plugins (free on WordPress.org soon, with a Pro licence sold here) and Caravel Sites, websites we build and host for you.

How does billing work?

Shopify apps are billed through Shopify: paid plans are added to your Shopify bill, and you can start with a free plan or a 14-day free trial. WordPress Pro licences and Caravel Sites are bought on this website; Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment, invoicing and VAT.

Are the prices final?

Not yet. Prices on this site are provisional and the price shown in the Shopify App Store at launch is the one that applies.

Which languages do the apps support?

Admin screens in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Storefront texts are translated in the same languages where the app shows something to your customers.

Do the apps give legal or tax advice?

No. Apps such as Omnibus, Legal PT, GPSR and Invoice PT help you store and display information, but you remain responsible for your obligations. Check them with your accountant or adviser.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

The app stops working on your store and its data is erased following Shopify's data-protection process. Each app's privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.

Questions about a specific app

Caravel Sync

Which sources are supported?

HTTP(S), public spreadsheet CSV export URLs, manual upload, FTP, implicit FTPS and SFTP. SFTP requires a verified server-key fingerprint.

Can I test without writing products?

Yes. Keep dry run enabled and review the parsed sample and full diff.

What can rollback restore?

Saved product and variant values, including prices and selected inventory quantities. Products created by a run are deleted on rollback. Conflicting later edits stop restoration.

Does the app import customer data?

No. The app processes product feeds and catalog data, not orders or customer records.

Caravel Invoice PT

Does the app issue fiscal documents itself?

No. Documents are created in your own InvoiceXpress account.

Can I review documents first?

Yes. Enable draft mode and review them in InvoiceXpress.

What happens if an order cannot be processed safely?

The document is held with a reason for review. Check the log and resolve the cause before retrying.

Does removing the app delete fiscal documents?

No. Fiscal records remain in your InvoiceXpress account under your applicable retention duties.

Caravel Track

Which languages are supported?

English, European Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, for administration and customer tracking.

Do I need a tracking provider account?

Native fulfillment events work without an aggregator. Live updates require your own supported provider account and credentials. The provider must cover the selected carrier. Delivery emails require your own email account.

Can I change the customer page?

Use the theme block colors and title, and set translated page titles in the app.

What happens at the monthly limit?

Free pauses new shipment imports at its monthly allowance; existing shipments keep updating. Deferred imports resume when capacity resets or you upgrade. Paid plans show a fair-use banner without stopping imports or updates.

Can I recover older prices?

No. Recording starts from observed catalog data.

Must I edit my theme files?

No. Add the app block in the theme editor and configure its metafield namespace.

Does it collect customer information?

No buyer profiles or orders are collected. Stored data includes catalog prices and identifiers, shop settings and plan, capture jobs, privacy-request metadata, and installation sessions with access credentials and any merchant user details supplied during authentication.

Does it replace a legal review?

No. Review local requirements and the selected calculation mode.

Does the app register my business?

No. Complete any required registration on the official complaints portal. The app displays a link.

Can I use a different dispute resolution entity?

Yes. Select a listed entity or enter a custom name and full HTTPS website in the theme editor.

Does setup change my published theme immediately?

Opening the editor does not save changes. Review the blocks, save the theme and publish when ready.

Which languages are available?

English, Portuguese (Portugal), Spanish, French, German and Italian. Merchant-entered details need your own theme translations.

Caravel GPSR

Does the app certify compliance?

No. It stores and displays merchant-provided information. Review your obligations with a qualified adviser.

How do I display the information?

Add the Product safety information block to a product template in your theme editor.

What happens if a warning translation is missing?

The block uses the default warning language configured in Settings. Review the wording for each market.

Can I export my data?

Pro includes CSV export. Export before uninstalling; app-owned records follow the platform’s data lifecycle.

Caravel Reviews

Can I hide negative reviews?

A low rating is never a moderation reason. Hold reviews only for spam, illegal content, personal data or off-topic content; the reason is recorded.

What does Verified mean?

The review is linked to an order line for that product. Imported reviews qualify only when their order, product and email match an order line collected by the app.

How are emails sent?

Connect your own supported email provider and verified sender. Requests include an unsubscribe link. Provider charges are separate.

Which themes work?

Use theme app blocks in a compatible theme. Collection-card badges require a theme that accepts app blocks with product context.
