Invite customers to share their product experiences after fulfillment. Publish positive and negative reviews, disclose buyer verification and reply publicly. Add review lists and rating badges to your theme. Import existing reviews with clear source labels and manage customer data requests.

How it works

Set a request delay, connect your own email delivery account and enable collection for eligible fulfilled orders. Requests never depend on satisfaction. Review forms accept ratings, text and optional photos on Pro. Moderation uses objective reasons rather than star ratings. Customers can unsubscribe or report abuse. Theme blocks support pagination, sorting and star filters. Pro adds CSV import, reminders, custom email text and structured data. Email opens are not tracked. Pro also offers optional AI drafts for replies and for a short summary of verified reviews: nothing is published until you review it, and AI-assisted text is labelled on your storefront.

Review request emails use your own email delivery account (charged separately).

Provisional prices in US dollars, billed by Shopify every 30 days once the app is published. Shopify shows the amount in your currency; taxes may apply. Final prices appear in the Shopify App Store listing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hide negative reviews?

A low rating is never a moderation reason. Hold reviews only for spam, illegal content, personal data or off-topic content; the reason is recorded.

What does Verified mean?

The review is linked to an order line for that product. Imported reviews qualify only when their order, product and email match an order line collected by the app.

How are emails sent?

Connect your own supported email provider and verified sender. Requests include an unsubscribe link. Provider charges are separate.

Which themes work?

Use theme app blocks in a compatible theme. Collection-card badges require a theme that accepts app blocks with product context.

Are search results guaranteed?

No. Structured review data is available on Pro, but search engines decide whether to display rich results.
