What we can prove. And how to check it.
We are a small, new company and our apps are not published yet, so adjectives would mean little. This page shows what we can prove, how you can check it, and what it does not mean.

Tests
4,839 automated tests check 13 products. On 30 Oct 2026, 4,839 of them passed on the current code.

Tests prove the behaviour they check, not that a product has no bugs. No app has run yet with real customers.
Portuguese and EU rules
Our apps are designed around specific rules. Each row names the rule, what the product does and what stays with you.
Each rule is public law: read the text. Each product page lists what the app does.
Software does not make you compliant and we give no legal or tax advice. Check your obligations with your adviser.

Carriers
Caravel Track recognises 1,006 carriers in 161 countries: 745 with a direct link to the shipment, 261 with the carrier's search page, and 537 also by the format of the tracking number.

Recognising a carrier is not the same as live status. Live data needs your own account with a tracking service or the carrier's official API. One alternative announces more than 3,300 carriers.
Languages
App admin screens and default storefront texts are available in English, European Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Caravel Pix Price also has Brazilian Portuguese.

Texts you write yourself are not translated. Fiscal documents are in Portuguese, English and Spanish. This site is in eight languages; our support is in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Privacy
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Four Shopify apps encrypt the personal data and sessions they store, field by field.

No app is in production yet, so these controls have not yet protected real customer data. The other seven Shopify apps are not covered by our security review yet. The two WordPress plugins run on your own site.

Made for Portugal and the EU
Portuguese complaints book and dispute resolution, Portuguese invoicing, Omnibus and GPSR, in European Portuguese.
No per-order fee from us
Paid plans have a fixed price every 30 days. Third-party services you connect are billed by them.
Little data
Several apps keep no buyer data at all. Invoice PT does not store name, tax number, address or email.
Failures in plain sight
When a test fails in our test store, it stays on the site with an explanation.
Are we cheaper? Not always
We are not always the cheapest option. In several categories there are alternatives with free plans or lower entry prices. Compare the total cost for your store before deciding, including any third-party accounts you need.
Our Shopify prices are in US dollars every 30 days, billed by Shopify once each app is published. The apps are not published yet. WordPress Pro prices are proposed and sales are not open.
