One inbox for your store's customer messages: email, chat on your site and WhatsApp. It is a prototype: it only runs internally, on a server of ours with no access from the internet, with demonstration data. You cannot use it yet.

What the prototype does

  • One inbox for email, website chat and WhatsApp (WhatsApp needs a verified WhatsApp Business account for each store).
  • A chat widget for your website.
  • Saved replies, labels and private notes between agents.
  • Each store has its own separate account.
  • Agent and inbox limits per plan, applied by the product.
  • Automatic data retention per account and a data export.
  • Interface in European Portuguese, among others.

What it does not do yet

  • It is not online: there is no production server, no sign-up and no public price yet.
  • No AI replies. The AI features of the original project are not included.
  • No connection to Shopify orders yet.

Built on open source

Caravel Chat is built on Chatwoot, an open-source project under the MIT licence. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by that project. Usage data is not sent to the original project's servers.
