Caravel Track for WooCommerce

Add tracking numbers to WooCommerce orders, recognise the carrier from the number, and show tracking links in emails, in My account and on a tracking page.

What it does

  • One or more shipments per order, each with tracking number, carrier and ship date
  • 1,006 carriers included, and 916 tracking number formats recognised with check digits
  • Tracking links in customer emails, in My account and on a tracking page with shortcode or block
  • Optional Shipped status with its own customer email
  • CSV import and export of tracking numbers, and REST API
  • HPOS compatible, in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian

Requirements

WordPress 6.4+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+. The Pro add-on needs WordPress 6.5+.

Good to know

The free plugin does not contact carriers: the tracking link opens the carrier's website. Live status needs the Pro add-on and your own account with a carrier that has an official API. CTT, SEUR, Correos, Correos Express, GLS Spain and Portugal, MRW and Nacex have no public, documented tracking API. The calls of the Pro add-on to carriers were tested with simulated responses, not with real carrier accounts.

The Pro add-on needs the free plugin, installed and active, and WordPress 6.5 or later. The free plugin is not on WordPress.org yet: download the ZIP from this page and upload it under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. While it is not on WordPress.org, its updates are manual.

The free version keeps working on its own: it is not a trial. Pro is a separate add-on with the extras listed above and priority email support.

Pro licences are annual. By card they renew automatically and you can cancel the renewal at any time. By MB WAY you pay one year at a time, and we remind you before it ends.
