Caravel Connect
Early access · guided set-upWe link your Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, PrestaShop or Magento store to the Mirakl marketplaces Worten and Leroy Merlin. Your stock is updated every 5 minutes and your prices follow a simple rule that you set, with a minimum per product.
Where it stands
Version 0.1 has only been tested with simulators. The first customer runs the first real test with us: a preview before the first sync, a pause button and the rollback of each update.
What it does
- Sends your stock to the marketplace every 5 minutes, only what has changed. You can keep safety stock in reserve and set a maximum per offer.
- Sends your prices by a rule you set: store price × multiplier + fixed amount, with rounding.
- When an item sells on the marketplace, Caravel Connect deducts the stock in your store.
- A dashboard of your own, with alerts, a weekly report and a record of every update.
- You choose which products each marketplace manages, by pasting a list of SKUs.
- If a marketplace order is partly cancelled, only the cancelled units go back into stock.
- New products on the marketplace: each needs an EAN and the attributes the marketplace asks for. We help you map them; the marketplace reviews them and may refuse them.
Guided set-up
We prepare the store connection, help you map the attributes the marketplace asks for and go through the first sync with you.
With safety brakes
- Before the first sync you see everything that will change, and you approve it. Nothing goes out before you approve.
- Price changes of more than 20% compared with the last price a person approved wait for your confirmation.
- We never send a price below your minimum or below your cost, not even when rolling back.
- If the cost of a product is missing, that product's price is not sent.
- If half of your offers drop to zero at once, the stock update is held.
- Offers with an active discount on the marketplace are left out of price management, with an alert, because sending a price would remove the discount.
- Every update is recorded and can be rolled back. There is a pause button.
No data about your customers
- From marketplace orders we read only the product, the quantity and the status, to deduct the stock in your store. Never the buyer's name, address or email.
- We never ask for your password or a staff account: only an authorisation with the minimum permissions, which you can withdraw whenever you want.
- Shopify: read products, read stock and unit cost, write stock and read locations. No access to orders or customers.
- WooCommerce: a read and write key; we use writing only to deduct stock after a marketplace order.
- Wix: an API key with the «Wix Stores» permission. Wix has no stock-only permission, so it also gives access to orders; we never read them.
- PrestaShop: a webservice key with only products, combinations, stock_availables and currencies.
- Magento / Adobe Commerce: an integration with the minimum resources. We sign every request: you do not need to lower your store's security.
- Your keys are stored encrypted.

The simulators are our own: the Mirakl one was built from Mirakl's official API specification, and the Shopify queries were checked against Shopify's official schema. The real attributes and categories of each marketplace come from the seller's account.
What you need
- An approved seller account on the marketplace. We do not create that account: you have to apply for it with the marketplace.
- Administrator access to your store, to approve the connection.
- EAN codes for your products.
- The unit cost filled in for each product in your store, if you want us to send prices.
How it works
- Connect your store: on Shopify, you approve the installation through a link we send you; on WooCommerce, you approve it on your store's own screen; on Wix, PrestaShop and Magento, you create a key or integration with the minimum permissions we list and paste it on the connection page.
- Connect each marketplace: in your seller account, create an API key and paste it on the connection page.
- Test the connection. Nothing is sent in this step.
- Set the price rule, the minimums, the safety stock and the limit per offer.
- Preview the first sync and approve it.

Fixed price, no percentage of your sales. There is no online payment: we send you a proposal, and billing is by contract.

Switching off
To cut our access to your store, uninstall the app in Shopify, revoke the key in WooCommerce, or delete the key or integration you created in Wix, PrestaShop or Magento. To cut our access to a marketplace, create a new API key on that marketplace. To have your data deleted, ask us at the address in your contract.
What we do not promise
Nobody controls who wins the featured offer, and nobody can guarantee more sales. We keep your prices and stock in line with your rules and show you on the dashboard when something needs your attention.
