Shopify apps and integrations
Apps that work inside the Shopify admin and connect it to other services.
Invoices and documents
Portuguese invoicing connected to the store, and documents such as packing slips.

Product data for marketplaces and shopping channels, and shipment status from carriers.
Price and payment
- Each project has a closed scope: the written proposal says what is included, what will be delivered, how it is accepted, the schedule and the price.
- Projects cost from €2,900 to €6,900, plus VAT.
- 50 % when the contract is signed and 50 % on final acceptance.
- Payment by bank transfer to the account given in the proposal; each payment has its invoice. No card payments or direct debits.
- Anything outside the proposal is a change request: we tell you the price and the time first, and only go ahead with your written approval.
- After acceptance, we fix defects in what we delivered at no cost during the warranty period set in the contract. Changes made by third parties, such as new platform APIs or rules, are not defects: adapting to them is a change request.

How we work
The technical work — code, configuration, tests and documentation — is done with AI agents that we operate.
Each delivery is checked with automated tests and a functional check, and only reaches you after the person responsible at Caravel Suite has approved it. That approval does not mean reading every line of code by hand: it means we answer for the delivery as for any other work of ours.
Your data and access are kept separate from any other activity of ours and treated as confidential, and are used only for your project. Only what is strictly necessary passes through the AI providers listed in the contract, preferably test data — never your passwords or keys.
Step by step
- Request: email us what you need and which platforms you use.
- Conversation: we ask questions to understand the work and the systems involved.
- Proposal: a closed scope with deliveries, acceptance criteria, schedule and price.
- Contract and first 50 %: the schedule starts when the advance and the access and information listed in the proposal have been received.
- Deliveries: each phase comes with a list of what was done and how to test it; you accept it or tell us what is wrong. Without an answer within the period set in the contract, the delivery counts as accepted.
- Final 50 %: after the final acceptance.
