Caravel Sync for WooCommerce

Keep your catalog in line with a supplier or ERP feed. Each import profile reads one feed and creates or updates products by SKU, with a dry run, approval, price rules, change history and revert.

What it does

  • Any number of profiles: CSV, XML and JSON, from a web address or an uploaded file
  • Field mapping by SKU, with price, stock, categories, images and simple variations
  • Rules: price from the feed or from cost plus margin, rounding, minimum price and filters
  • A dry run lists every change before anything is written; the first import must be approved
  • If a price would change by more than the percentage you set, the import pauses until someone decides
  • Change history, revert of any kept import, and background batches for large feeds

Requirements

WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+. The Pro add-on needs PHP 8.1+.

Good to know

The plugin connects only to the addresses you enter, to download your feeds and the images listed in them. Check the dry run: the prices and products you publish remain your responsibility. The Pro add-on has no licence check: it keeps working after the paid year, without new versions or support. FTP, FTPS and SFTP were tested with unit tests, not against a real server.

The Pro add-on needs the free plugin, installed and active, and WordPress 6.5 or later. The free plugin is not on WordPress.org yet: download the ZIP from this page and upload it under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. While it is not on WordPress.org, its updates are manual.

The free version keeps working on its own: it is not a trial. Pro is a separate add-on with the extras listed above and priority email support.

Pro licences are annual. By card they renew automatically and you can cancel the renewal at any time. By MB WAY you pay one year at a time, and we remind you before it ends.

Prices in euros, excluding VAT; VAT is added where applicable.
