What you need
The manufacturer and EU responsible person details of your products.
Getting started
- Refresh the catalogue and add your manufacturers and EU responsible persons.
- Open a product from the dashboard, assign contacts, enter identifiers and add warnings.
- In the theme editor, open a product template, add the Product safety information app block and save.
- Review your storefront in each selling language. Update your completeness rules in Settings.
Good to know
Safety records are stored in the shop. Export them before uninstalling; availability after uninstall depends on the platform’s app-owned data lifecycle.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app certify compliance?
No. It stores and displays merchant-provided information. Review your obligations with a qualified adviser.
How do I display the information?
Add the Product safety information block to a product template in your theme editor.
What happens if a warning translation is missing?
The block uses the default warning language configured in Settings. Review the wording for each market.
Can I export my data?
CSV export is included. Export before uninstalling; app-owned records follow the platform’s data lifecycle.
