Caravel Legal PT for WordPress

The apps are not published yet: this is the help that ships with them.

What you need

WordPress 6.4+. Works with or without WooCommerce.

Getting started

1. Upload caravel-legal-pt.zip in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Activate Caravel Legal PT.
3. Open Settings > Legal PT. The summary at the top lists what is still missing. Choose your dispute resolution entity and enter your company details.
4. Optionally choose a complaints-book image and enable the footer link.
5. Add the Electronic Complaints Book, Alternative dispute resolution or Company details block, classic widget, or the shortcodes.
6. Review all published information, link destinations, translations and layout before use.
