Our apps, plugins and Caravel Sites are intended for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.

Information on this site

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Apps, plugins and services marked "coming soon" or "available soon" are not yet published or on sale, and their features and prices may change before launch. The price shown in the Shopify App Store when you subscribe is the one that applies. For products bought on this website, the price and taxes shown to you before you pay are the ones that apply.

Use of the apps

When you install an app through the Shopify App Store you accept that app's own terms and privacy policy, together with Shopify's terms.

Where an app processes personal data of your customers on your behalf, our Data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) forms part of that app's terms.

Caravel Sites: changes and fair use

Caravel Sites plans include unlimited changes requested by email, subject to fair use. A change is a small update to the existing site, such as texts, photos, prices, opening hours or contact details. Fair use means requests that are normal for the website of one business: a redesign, more pages or languages than the plan includes, or work on other websites are not changes. If requests become unusually frequent or large, we may carry them out in stages or agree on them with you first.

Payments

Sales on this website have not opened yet. Before they open, we will publish on this page how payment, invoicing and taxes are handled. Subscriptions bought through an app store (such as the Shopify App Store) are billed by that store under its own billing rules. Refunds are explained in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, screenshots, logos and the "Caravel Suite" name on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may link to this site and quote short extracts with attribution. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; WordPress and WooCommerce are trademarks of their owners; InvoiceXpress is a trademark of its owner; other names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility. Caravel Suite is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce or InvoiceXpress.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and correct but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
